Since buying his first SCOBY from Hannah Crum in 2010, Ian has been an enthusiastic home brewer. Four years ago he retired from a career in technology marketing and speechwriting and began publishing Booch News-a repository of over 200 articles, 70 podcast interviews, and the 2,600+ brands listed in the Worldwide Directory. He is editor-in-chief of SYMBIOSIS Magazine. Ian lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
