Cancellation/Refund Policy

Attendees:

Attendees who wish to cancel before January 30 will receive credit for their registration, which may be used toward recordings, dues, or other KBI purchases. Attendees experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 immediately prior to the conference and providing a doctor’s note or a positive COVID-19 test will also be able to cancel their attendance for a full refund of registration fees.

Sponsors:

Sponsors who wish to cancel their attendance at the conference must do so by January 30, 2022. Cancellation by Jan 30 will result in a refund, minus a deposit of 25% of booth cost. Sponsors will not receive a refund after January 30.

Event Cancellation:

Kombucha Kon 22 is a hybrid event. If the in-person portion is canceled, Kombucha Kon will continue as a virtual conference and no refunds will be given. If Kombucha Kon cancels the virtual conference, attendees will receive credit for a future conference.
