Hands-on Day

Have you been wanting to take your kombucha brewery to the next level? The purpose of this hands-on workshop day is to familiarize kombucha brewers with common laboratory practices and techniques that can enhance your brewing and product quality control.

These modalities are selected as they benefit from being workshopped in smaller groups to provide more time with the instructor. Additionally, brewers will get a chance to demo vendor equipment.
