The purpose of this hands-on workshop day is to familiarize kombucha brewers with common laboratory practices and techniques that can enhance your brewing and product quality control. We will walk through different stations: Workshopping Your Brand Identity & Design Vision, Basic Lab Practice and Quality Control, Kegging and Prepping Your Kombucha, and The Fundamentals of Microscopy. Additionally, brewers will get a chance to demo vendor equipment.
