Jesús discovered kombucha in Bali in 2016 and soon after founded Soul K, a brand rooted in authenticity and craftsmanship.
One of his signature flavors was awarded World’s Best Kombucha at the inaugural World Kombucha Awards.
Two years ago, Soul K was acquired by Hijos de Rivera (owners of “Estrella Galicia” beer brand), where Jesús continues to lead the development of Soul K and new functional beverage lines.
