Thierry Tran

Thierry Tran is a doctoral student at the University of Burgundy collaborating with Dr. Raphaëlle Tourdot-Maréchal and Dr. Cosette Grandvalet and AgroSupDijon. His PhD project, “Study of microbial dynamics for the control of kombucha production,” began in November 2018. It is funded by Jubiles/Biomère and hosted at the University of Burgundy. In his work, he investigates the microbial interactions in kombucha through the lenses of microbiology, physical chemistry and sensory information. His PhD defense is scheduled for December 2021.
