Shane Dickman, COO of Rocky Mountain Cultures– one of the US’s oldest copackers for kombucha– began his entrepreneurial journey early in life with his brother delivering flyers up and down the streets. He later attended Western State College for a degree in business administration. After college, he found his place in helping to build the High Country Kombucha brand. 16 years later, Shane leads operations at what has become Rocky Mountain Cultures, working day in and day out to build a community-embodied company that makes health beverages for the masses. You may not see his name on the back of a label, but you can be sure it was made with pride. Shane’s idea of a good time is a moonlight skin up the mountain or a float down one of the local rapid rivers. Shane is driven by an endless desire to succeed and is passionate about his vision.
