Mike Landa is the founder of Idaho Kombucha Co. in Boise, ID. Mike started brewing kombucha commercially in 2014 and was joined by his wife, Terri, in 2020. Today Idaho Kombucha produces ~10,000 gallons of craft kombucha annually and distributes product in southern Idaho. Inspired by Idaho and the Pacific Northwest, IKC brews have nuanced flavor with a crisp, dry finish. Pre-kombucha, Mike was a graphic designer and art director for over 20 years.
