Lindsay is the CSO and Founding Partner of DraughtLab Sensory Software where she works with food and beverage companies to apply tasting data to inform Product Development and Quality Control. Lindsay got her start at New Belgium Brewing Company managing the multi-site world-class Sensory and Consumer Research program. She holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of New Mexico and a Masters degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis. She has created multiple sensory tools and lexicons that have made it possible for business of all sizes to utilize tasting data to inform everyday production decisions. She believes flavor is the most important factor in determining food and beverage quality and has set her sights on continuing to advance the sensory discipline through collaboration with food and beverage businesses of all sizes.
