Dr. -Ing. Martin Senz

Dr. Martin Senz completed his studies in 2007 as well as his doctorate, the focus of his activity was on the research and development of fermentation processes. This is also reflected in the research institute led today by Martin Senz, where he and his motivated team carry out both publicly funded and bilateral industrial projects in the field of fermentation. One focus is on the development of defined beverage fermentations with suitable process analytical technology and on the basis of a comprehensive microorganism strain collection.

(Co-)Author of 16 Peer Reviewed Articles, 2 patents and more than 50 publications and congress contributions.
