Chad Huniu

Chad Huniu grew up in Huntington Beach, California and caught the fermentation bug in Eugene, Oregon while attending the University of Oregon. He worked as a chef and fermenter before founding Fermensch Kombucha with his father Norman in 2016. He now spends most of his days trying desperately to make enough kombucha while searching for the mythical Work-Life Balance. Outside of fermentation, he plays a variety of musical instruments and records the podcast Music Club.
